Pamoja brings together people of diverse backgrounds from Canada, the United States and Europe to work with the people of rural Katanga, pooling the resources and tools at hand to implement sustainable solutions, in order to improve their quality of life and build a better future. We are all about partnerships and involvement — in Katanga and here at home. The name says it: Pamoja Tujenge is Swahili for “Let’s build together”.
Our partners, supporters, volunteers and Board of Directors are driven by the need to contribute to the development of rural African communities. We learn from each other, we help each other and we have fun working together.
